- Detailed Project Engineering and Design
- Finalization of Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Finalization of vendors for procurement of all materials and negotiating contracts with them in favor of clients
- Managing logistics of all materials including Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) of all materials, customs clearance, safe loading/ unloading, timely delivery, all tax implications
- Carrying out all civil works including laying foundations for Module Mounting Structures (MMS), trenches for laying cables, control room building, earthing pits, boundary fencing, substation construction, laying of transmission line, bay construction at government substation
- Carrying out all electrical works both at DC and AC side of the project
